CallAssist assists with call presentation, local rules, reminders, message drafts and optional safety-message preparation. It does not guarantee call delivery, spam detection accuracy, message delivery, emergency response or uninterrupted availability.

The safety feature is not an emergency service. Users must contact local emergency services directly when required. CallAssist does not record ordinary cellular call audio and does not send SMS or WhatsApp messages without the user's action in the destination application.

Users are responsible for complying with local calling, privacy and consent laws. Experimental speaker verification, cloud receptionist and personal voice functions must not be used for identity, banking, payment, contract or legally binding approvals.
